In modern society, volunteering is marked as one of key promoters for the development of social capital. Countries with developed democracies recognize different organizations and institutions which are promoting the support to voluntary engagement of citizens for common good. Volunteering can be defined in different ways, but it is non-paid, non-profit and freely chosen action by the individual i.e. volunteer. Because of the positive epithets that are associated with volunteering, it is needed to encourage youth to start volunteering. Volunteering helps young people to acquire work habits, familiarizes them with variety of jobs for their possible professional career, enables them to enrich their resumes and helps them to find employment. It also brings many privileges and can be a crucial factor for later employment. Volunteering is a selfless act because you give your time and good will to someone else. Volunteering activities unlock new possibilities for using knowledge and gaining new skills and virtues. At the same time, it enables boosting your own creativity and ideas in a strong spirit of good will and progress for society. Because of all that, we believe that volunteering is the best way to spend free time, to improve existing or discover new skills, especially in time when it is difficult to find employment. We believe that in today’s world every opportunity for additional training and education must be seized. At this moment, volunteering is the best way for satisfaction of all thing mentioned above. Goal of this project is to examine the possibility for implementation of joint project. Within existing partnerships, we came to common theme within which we want to apply joint project to one of the following calls for proposal for programme Youth in Action. To succeed, we are organising this 3-day visit where all the partners will participate, and within all the details of the project and possibilities of applying it will be arranged. Fact is that the general problem of youth as social group is that they are considered inadequate for inclusion in processes of decision making and regarding that, are systematically ignored. At the same time, people of older age are deciding on what is best for youth without consulting them and listening to their opinion.
We consider that young people deserve to be active participant is decision making processes, and it is time to stop addressing youth like they are from the future. Youth are not the future, they are present, because these young people in 10 years will no longer be young and their successors will face the same problems. For that reason, we decided to apply for feasibility visit to examine the possibility of applying joint project. The goal of that project would be to increase activism among young people and their engagement in decision making processes.

Main topic of this project is entrepreneurship, problem of youth unemployment and necessary mutual solutions in search of quality employment in social entrepreneurship. In last few years, there is significant interest for tackling youth unemployment and several programmes are intended for solving issues in that area.
European Union is providing significant financial, but also other kinds of support in tackling this issues. Unfortunately, in some countries civic sector and government are not putting enough effort in development of social entrepreneurship.
With this project, we want to present and encourage young people in development of entrepreneurial spirit, especially in area of social entrepreneurship.  First part of the project will be held on the topic of entrepreneurship. We will examine European entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial qualities at their disposal, and examples of good practice. We’ll encourage workshops where young people will consider and describe their vision of situation of youth and their competencies. Based on their answers we will be able to create a concept and scenario for new project with single entrepreneurial venture. This will allow them to think about global entrepreneurial issues and active thinking about their solutions. In the second part of the project, workshops will be conducted with the theme of unemployment and how to resolve that issue. Key reasons for youth unemployment will be examined with emphasis on lack of information and necessary knowledge. Participants will be focused on searching concrete and efficient solutions for solving the cause of youth unemployment, whether they are economic in nature or in lack of youth activity.
